On Monday thru Friday I have space in my 2bed/2bath house in Guerneville that is 1/2 mile from downtown and sleeps 8. Full kitchen, WiFi, hot tub, all amenities you can expect from a vacation rental - airbnb link below.
It’s just me starting on Monday 7/29, 2 friends arriving Wednesday 7/31 and 4 more on Friday 8/2. Single, sane, fun loving 46yo GWM Fromm SF live part time at the River. Some comp expected, but more interested in being able to provide a space that will allow someone to enjoy their time there 
Wow! This sounds very nice! I’m coming tomorrow, staying until Sunday. My plan is to sleep in the back of my 4Runner (it has a nice bed setup). Obviously, you’ve got a better plan! I can’t afford to compensate, and would be happy w/ just access to bathroom and shower — well, the hot tub sounds fantastic!
