Hello fellow Bears and Bear admirers,
My partner David and I have rented a beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bath home just a short 13-minute drive from all the Lazy Bear festivities! The place is perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway—it features two spacious living rooms (one on each floor), two decks overlooking a lovely wooded area, and a large outdoor hot tub that fits multiple people. There’s also an outdoor sectional with side chairs, a dining table for six, a grill, and it’s secluded enough to be clothing-optional both indoors and out if you feel like embracing that vibe.
We’ll be taking the master bedroom, and we’re looking for 4–7 awesome people to join us! There are three additional bedrooms available:
- One room has two double beds facing each other—great for 2 to 4 people.
- Another has a single double bed.
- The last is a cozy room with a twin bed.
To keep things fair and simple, we’re thinking of splitting the cost evenly per person across nine shares. If you want a double bed all to yourself, you’d just take the per-person rate and double it. The current cost is $250 per person for a Thursday, July 31st to Monday, August 4th stay.
If there’s enough interest, I’m happy to extend the reservation to include Tuesday and Wednesday (July 29th and 30th) as well—the house is likely still available. If we do extend, the additional cost would be just $100 per person (or split proportionally among those who want the extra nights).
Just a quick note about us: David and I are in an open relationship and have a very sex-positive outlook. That said, there are absolutely no expectations—this isn’t about creating a hookup scene or planning an orgy. We’re just hoping for a relaxed, respectful, and open-minded group where people can be themselves and let things flow naturally.

Let us know which room your interested in and how many people in your party. If you are taking the room with two double beds and 2 of you are interested in one of the beds in that room be comfortable with sharing the space with 1 or 2 other fellas.
I’m currently tied up with a pretty intense work project, so I’ll be taking a couple of weeks to go through all the responses. Once I have some breathing room, I’ll circle back and confirm spots with folks.

Oh and if you need a ride from SF we can accommodate a few as we have a commercial van so let us know.
