I have a one bedroom apartment and a separate studio, each with queen bed & bathroom, by Mom’s beach. There’s off street gated parking for 1-2 cars and a huge picnic table. 3 snuggle bunny cats included.
This is on a permaculture farm, not a party spot. Fresh eggs and seasonal produce.
