Hello, I have a AirBnb rented in Monte Rio, from July 27th to August 3rd, the cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house that sits on the river, I am offering the available room that has a queen bed. My Friend and I will be staying in the other room, I’m 40yr’s old and this will be my 2nd year attending Lazy Bear Week, My friend who is going is 36yr’s old and this will be his 1st time attending. We are both easy going and respectful people, would love to share the space and make new friends. The AirBnb cost me just over $1,400 for the week and so I would split that cost in half ($725 US dollars)
